The CI has slided some 5.72 points to 1375.79. Volume is quite large at 723 million shares traded and value is RM1.97 billion. Gainers are eclipsed by losers 252 to 596.
Gainers include true blue hardly traded Nestle which gained 70 sen, Muhibbah which moved up 55 sen and PDZ which upped 27 sen. Losers include BAT and Kwantas which lost 25 sen each, Bursa; 20 sen and LPI; 30 sen.
Portfolio stocks slumped.
